Solving Cancer Genomes with Dovetail NGS & Analysis Solutions

Join Dovetail Genomics and the Princess Margaret Genomics Centre (PMGC) for an educational seminar exploring how linked-read library preparation can address challenges in traditional whole-genome sequencing and support the detection of structural variants alongside SNVs, INDELs, and CNVs.

The session will highlight applications in FFPE and flash-frozen cancer samples, including real-world research use cases demonstrating the detection of complex genomic rearrangements. The presentation will be followed by Q&A and open discussion.
